What I paid attantion to during development:

1.  Player have to wait 0.6 seconds after each shot before shooting again
2.  enemies cannot be hit from the bullet the player shoot before being visible on screen
3. Player's cape is animated!
4. Difficulty will increase with time
5. Enemies wont hit other enemies\their own bullets.
